We have been very happy with the TelTech patient reminder calls. We are utilizing voice messages, text, and email messages…staff has more time to focus on our patients, their daily tasks at hand, and verifying insurance eligibility and patient referrals. This has been an added benefit for our account collections. Our staff has also cleaned up a lot of patient demographic errors…Many hours were spent leaving messages and not knowing if patients ever listened to their messages. P.S.
